Not the best Alex Delaware book, in my opinion, that I have read thus far. Lots of boring stretches of narrative that seem to go on and on.

Dutchy was my favorite character. Melissa is just too haughty, privileged -- and frankly unlikeable -- for the reader to care much about. Private Eyes came out in and it just hasn't aged well/5. Private Eyes Jonathan Kellerman's series of books featuring Child Psychologist, Alex Delaware, have been around for almost thirty years.

In total in excess of thirty books have been published so having just completed the sixth in the series I have a lot of good reading in front of me/5(). It’s tough; I get it.
